Beeswax Pellets — White

White Beeswax Pellets are a maker's staple — the wax that gives your balms, lip balms and salves their structure and set. Pellets are a joy to work with: easy to weigh out, and they melt far faster than a solid block.

INCI: Cera Alba

What it does: a natural hardening wax that thickens and sets anhydrous products, giving balms their firmness and a protective, water-resistant finish.

What to make with it: lip balms, body and hand balms, salves, solid lotion bars and candles. Have a look at my free formulas to get started.

Good to know:

• Refined, filtered white pellets with a very mild scent
• Melts around 62–64°C — melt gently into your oil phase
• Typical usage in balms: around 15–25%
