What to make with it: balms, body butters, lip balms, soaps and lotion bars — anywhere you want firmness and a protective feel.

Good to know:

• Hard at room temperature — melt gently
• Natural chocolate scent (choose deodorised if you'd rather it neutral)
• Temper to avoid graininess, and use in the oil phase
